We can grow Lemons

We are growing lemons on our Mediterranean balcony, but will they ripen?

I’m most excited about the citrus we are able to grow on our balcony.

We bought a small lemon and a lime tree. We think the balcony is hot enough to grow the trees and maybe to bear fruit.

We have a massive amount of blossom. which are all turning to fruit. Below is the picture we took when it arrived. In two months the fruit has increased by about 200%

Citrus fruits are usually harvested in the autumn, with ripening happening in October/November. Will we keep the heat long enough on the balcony to enable the ripening process?
